Advantages

Disadvantages

PA: PA6, PA66, PAl2, PA46, PA610, PA612, PAl010, etc

1. Has high tensile strength.

2. Excellent toughness and impact resistance.

3. Excellent self lubrication, wear resistance, and drug resistance.

4. Excellent low-temperature characteristics.

5. It has self extinguishing properties.

Easy to absorb water, resulting in a decrease in mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and electrical performance.

PC

Good transparency and high toughness, the impact strength of the cantilever beam notch is 600-900J/m, and the hot deformation temperature is about 130 ° C. The resin can be processed into large rigid products. When the temperature is below 100 ° C, the creep rate under load is very low. It has V2 level flame retardancy.

Insufficient hydrolysis stability, sensitivity to notches, resistance to organic chemicals, poor scratch resistance, yellowing when exposed to ultraviolet light for a long time, not resistant to strong acids, not resistant to strong alkalis.

POM

High fatigue strength, good wear resistance, excellent friction performance, low water absorption, high surface hardness, good rigidity, and good dimensional stability. The product has high dimensional accuracy and good sliding performance. Polyformaldehyde is a highly crystalline resin and is the toughest among thermoplastic resins.

Very resistant to acid, strong alkalis, and UV radiation from sunlight.

PBT

1. Mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, and small creep (with very little variation even under high temperature conditions).

2. Heat resistance and aging resistance: the outdoor long-term aging resistance is also good.

3. Solvent resistance: no stress cracking.

4. Insulation performance: excellent (able to maintain stable electrical performance even in damp and high temperatures, making it an ideal material for manufacturing electronic and electrical components).

5. Good arc resistance and processing performance.

Water stability: PBT is prone to decomposition when exposed to water (caution should be exercised when using in high temperature and humidity environments).
