Low carbon steel

The carbon content of steel is ≤0.25%. Due to the low carbon content, the strength is low, the hardness is low, but the plasticity and toughness are high, and the forgedness and weldability are good. Generally uses heat treatment to create small and medium sized mechanical parts and high -demand molds. Such as the Q235 (A3) steel and steel profile commonly used in automated equipment.

Carbon steel

The carbon content of steel is 0.3%-0.6%, the strength and hardness are high, and the cutability can be better, but the weldability is poor. It is mainly used for large load mechanical parts. Due to the high carbon content, it can be treated with heat. 40#, 45#, and 50# steel are commonly used in equipment axis parts. It is the most commonly used medium carbon steel.

Stainless steel

The corrosion of stainless steel to resistance and alkaline medium is a alloy steel that is not easy to rust. The commonly used card number on automation equipment is SUS303 and SUS304 (chromium-nickel Austenite stainless steel). 303 has good cutability and can be used as parts material. 304 has poor cutability and is commonly used as sheet metal parts.

2A12

Aluminum alloy, with copper as the main alloy element, has a strength of 470MPa, heat -resistant, and making high -load parts. It is the most commonly used hard aluminum alloy for equipment. Surface treatment is commonly used in sandblasting+anode oxidation.

6063

Aluminum alloy, with magnesium and silicon as the main alloy element, <200MPa. It is a common material for industrial aluminum materials.

White copper

Copper alloys with nickels are the main addition of elements. Industrial white copper is divided into two categories: structural white copper and electrician white copper. Among them, the structure of white copper has good mechanical performance and can be used to make precision machinery.

Brass

Copper alloys with zinc as the main addition of elements have high strength and high hardness, strong wear resistance, and are often used as friction oriented materials.

Polyaldehyde POM

Known as steel, it is white, with high strength, high stiffness, good elasticity, and good abrasion resistance. Automated equipment is often used as a small force that is small and requires lightweight, such as the treatment of product positioning, block blocks etc.

Nylon

The original color is ivory color, similar to POM, and it is also commonly used engineering plastics.

Polyurethane PU

Code of PU, where the polyurethane elastic body is commonly used in equipment. Because it has excellent elasticity, it is often used as a buffer material on the device. Most of the glue on the tube roller is also a polyurethane material. According to the specific circumstances, the hardness of the elastic bodies selected is also different.

Polymethylmethacrylate

Code of PMMA, commonly known as organic glass and acrylic. Wide wide transparent plastic, commonly used as equipment safety door protective cover etc.

Polytefluoroethylene

Code of PTFE, commonly known as timen fluorine, commonly known as plastic king. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non stickiness. It is often used as friction and sliding materials, sealing and anti adhesive parts.

Phenolic plastic electric wood

Phenolic plastic is commonly known as electric wood. Electric wood is called electric wood because of high insulation and plasticity like wood. The heating does not deform, has a certain mechanical strength, is easy to process, and has good insulation. It is often used as the treatment tool for product positioning.
