During the bending process, when the billet slides along the surface of the concave die, it will experience frictional resistance. If the frictional resistance on both sides of the billet differs significantly, the billet will shift towards the side with higher frictional resistance.

Measures:

1. Curved parts with asymmetric shapes are formed by symmetrical bending (single-sided bent parts are formed by two symmetrical bends and then cut open).

2. Add an elastic pressing device on the bending die to fully press the billet and prevent movement during bending.

3. Using internal holes and external positioning forms to ensure accurate positioning.
