Measures for significant thinning of the bent parts after bending:
1. The bending radius is too small relative to the plate thickness value (r/t>3 for right angle bending). Generally, increasing the bending radius is used.
2. Multi angle bending causes the bending area to become thinner and larger. In order to reduce thinning, a single angle multi process bending method should be used as much as possible.
3. When using a pointed convex die, the convex die enters the concave die too deeply, resulting in a significant reduction in the thickness of the curved part.
