Bend crack:
There are many factors that affect the occurrence of cracks, mainly including the following aspects:
(1) The material has poor plasticity.
(2) The angle between the bending line and the rolling direction of the sheet does not meet the regulations. When laying out the pattern, when bending in a one-way V-shape, the bending line should be perpendicular to the rolling direction; when bending in two directions, the bending line should be in perfect alignment with the rolling direction 45 degree.
(3) The bending radius is too small.
(4) The shearing and punching section quality of the blank is poor - burrs and cracks.
(5) The fillet radius of the convex and concave molds is worn or the gap is too small - the feeding resistance increases.
(6) Insufficient lubrication-large friction.
(7) The thickness and size of the material are seriously out of tolerance - it is difficult to feed the material.
(8) Poor pickling quality.
