Manage and monitor the daily calibration of fixed torque tools.

Provide assessment results to those responsible for violating this measure.

 

2. Each factory

Responsible for implementing the regulations on assembly torque in the process documents.

Responsible for monitoring the on-site execution of assembly torque and accuracy levels in the process documents of vehicle models after SOP, and providing feedback to the production technology department on situations where torque and accuracy levels cannot be achieved in the process.

Responsible for repairing torque non-conforming products.

Responsible for the implementation of daily calibration of fixed torque tools.

Responsible for recording, processing, and analyzing data during the calibration process of fixed torque tools.

Responsible for reporting repair and supplementary requirements for fixed torque tools.

 

3. Production management department

Responsible for repairing and supplementing fixed torque tools.

 

4. Quality assurance department

Responsible for the initial and periodic calibration of fixed torque tools.

Responsible for online monitoring of key torque points.

Responsible for traceability management of torque non-conforming products.

 

5. Comprehensive management department

Assess and honor those responsible for violating these measures.
